Moonsunomics is structured around 3 pillars.

  • People practicing yoga in a bright room with large windows, white curtains, and potted plants, in various poses on yoga mats.

    1. What's Your Element Today?

As we move through life, our bodies and minds go through a state of constant flux. Yoga teaches us to be present in the moment, adapting our practices through SUN, MOON and the Elements.

  • A black and white photo of a woman laughing with her eyes closed, hand covering her mouth, and wearing a watch.

    2. Option to Smile.

The second pillar is AHIMSA, which in sankrit translates as “non injury”. So not harming others but more importantly ourselves from our own judgement. Always treating our practice as what it’s meant to be, a practice :)

  • Three friends jumping happily outside in the snow during daytime, with trees and buildings in the background.

    3. Gratitude!

The third pillar is practicing the art of Gratitude, being thankful for all the experiences that have brought us to this moment.
